Call for Applications “Business Developers”

In order to effectively serve the companies in its business network, the company e-Afrika SA (www.e-afrika-services.com), specializing in supporting companies in general and more particularly VSEs and SMEs, is launching a program to retrain and recruit 25 (Twenty) Business Developers.

This program aims to recycle profiles in order to enable them to provide concrete solutions to companies in the social business network. www.e-afrika.com and support in improving their visibility and performance.

TRAINING MODULE :

• Corporate culture – 25h
• Office automation – 25h
• Webmaster – 25h
• Infographics and Web design – 25h
• Digital Marketing and Customer Relations – 25h
• Teleprospecting and Sales – 25h

NB:

• Duration of recycling period eight (08) weeks
• Practical training led by professionals in the field

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Profile conditions:

• Hold a license in one of the following specialties:
• Communication, Marketing or Sales
• Accounting and Audit
• Bank and finance
• Have a good command of French or English
• Have good knowledge of IT tools
• Be under 35 years old maximum

Conditions related to professional work equipment

In order to effectively follow this program, you must have the following equipment:

• A laptop
• A smart phone

Financial conditions :

The fees for participating in the recycling program are set at 150,000F (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Francs) CFA payable in a single installment before Thursday August 1, 2019.

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM:

At the end of the retraining phase (08 weeks), a fixed-term work contract (CDD) of 06 months renewable is directly offered to you.

Number of places available:

• Douala: 15 Places
• Yaoundé: 10 Places

Remuneration conditions:

• Base salary of 100,000F/Month
• Professional fees 20.000F/Month
• Additional bonus of up to 100,000F depending on performance
• CNPS membership
