Recruitment Notice: Two (02) Community Managers

As part of the PARADE project, CDA and RIPAO are recruiting
two (02) volunteer community managers.

The Cameroon Debate Association (CDA) is an association
apolitical, secular and open to Cameroonian youth. Her goal is
principle of offering young people of both sexes the possibility of acquiring
knowledge and methods necessary to develop their personality
and facilitate their social integration, and to offer them opportunities to lead,
at the individual or collective level, actions aimed at the well-being of their
communities.

PARADE project. The Displaced Refugee Empowerment Project
Anglophones in the Municipality of Dschang and Surroundings (PARADE) aims to
contribute to the inclusion and capacity building of displaced people
English-speaking people residing in four wards (sites) of the city of
Dschang: Siteu (1), Paid-ground (2), Foto (3) and Foréké (4). Then he
is part of the promotion of the socio-economic integration of young people
English-speaking girls with a favorable impact on the management of
the environment, in particular waste and garbage.

I) MISSIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER
He/She will work in close collaboration with the team of
management and the Communications Manager for the
implementation and deployment of the communication strategy,
notoriety and visibility of CDA, RIPAO-Cameroon and their
programs.
– Animate the community on social networks: Facebook,
Twitter and LinkedIn
– Increase the online presence of the CDA through the networks
social media, blog(s) and website(s).
– Manage social media accounts in order to increase the
website visibility
– Carry out monthly statistical monitoring of activity on the networks
social;
– Develop and implement advertising campaigns and
promotions of the association with our partners

• Encourage new memberships of members via the
  online communications
• Double or even triple the rate of participation in
  programs and activities

II) RESEARCH PROFILE
– Age: 21 years old
– University level
– Writing skills and facilities
– Languages ​​spoken: French and/or English
– Good knowledge of IT tools and software (WordPress,
Photoshop, Canvas etc.)
– For this position, we are mainly looking for a very
motivated, creative, autonomous, and with a taste for a challenge. This
function requires a strong personal investment.
