Hold at least a secretarial diploma (BAC+3 at least),
Have at least 05 years of experience in the field of Secretarial and Administration
Be perfectly bilingual in English and French both orally and in writing,
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook software,
Be motivated by your work, demonstrate autonomy
and have the ability to manage priorities,
Have a sense of organization, relationships, dress and courtesy in behavior,
Ability to work under pressure with frequent field trips
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily management of the Project Manager’s agenda; -Processing of the mail of the coordination of the Project and
ensure its breakdown and monitoring;
Reception of visitors and answers to their questions with tact and discretion;
Development of internal administrative documents;
Contribution to the preparation with the competent services, contracts of service providers and consultants;
Contribution to the preparation of financial reports and other financial documents and ensuring their transmission to the Project’s partner agencies and
Perform any other task entrusted to him and in line with his skills
Duration
Initial contract of one (1) year, renewable on the basis of performance until the end of the Project (a priori five years).
Workplace
Position based in Dakar with travel in the project intervention area: regions of Kaolack, Thiès Ziguinchor, and Dakar Banlieue.
