A Company is Hiring Assistant Material Manager




Reporting to the Equipment Director

MAIN MISSION
Ensure the secretariat and the follow-up of the DM databases

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
– Management of the DM’s diary.
– Management of data entry staff.
– Management of orders, their follow-up, supplier reminders, as well as updating the database related to budget monitoring.
– Management of the monitoring of diesel consumption with updating of its monitoring table and dispatch of allocations to the various BUs in relation to financial control.
– Entry of staff working hours manage absences as well as leave planning and monitoring of sanctions, bonuses, basket, etc.)
– Entering and updating the databases used within the company: lubricant, fuel, budget, parts and warehouse stock inputs, outputs, etc. (valued with allocation to BUs), personal score
– Drafting of CAPEX files with their follow-up.
– Tracking of documents and personal vehicle authorizations. (Insurance, ATS, technical control, etc.)
– Realization of mailings
– Drafting, filing and archiving of documents and information related to IMMOs
– Preparation of the various meetings and their reports (Director meetings, heads of departments, services, etc.)
– Management of company and service vehicles, monitoring of authorizations and driving charter, claims and declarations, driving license
– Management of fuel cards with financial control.

Theoretical skills
– Knowledge of the general organization and functioning of the department.
– General knowledge of administrative management techniques, HR
– Good writing skills
– Very good knowledge of office techniques

Operational know-how
– Excellent oral and written expression in French, English would be a plus.
– Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
– Use of communication methods (telephone, fax, messaging, electronic diary, etc.)
– Analysis and management of requests.
– Ability to work in a team in an isolated environment.

– Good interpersonal skills, good presentation
– Strong organizational skills, rigor and method
– Good resistance to stress

RECRUITMENT TERMS
This position is to be taken quickly.
Possibility of a morality investigation before recruitment.
Need 5 to 8 years of experience in the same position.
Remuneration will be defined after a trial period depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.
