Main activities and tasks

Animate, maintain and develop the portfolio of Individual customers
Ensure the achievement of its financial objectives, while maintaining upstream and downstream risk control
Receive customers and prospects and provide clear and satisfactory answers to their expectations
Marketing existing and new products
Engage in a process of continuous improvement of its relations with customers and the quality of service
Apply the strategy adopted and the policy defined by the DCPR at the level of the Agency
Report to the branch manager.
