ACEP CAMEROUN SA IS RECRUITING RECEPTION WORKERS THROUGHOUT CAMEROON

As part of the strengthening of its sales force, ACEP CAMEROUN SA is launching the recruitment of Reception Managers for its agencies in the cities of Douala, Yaoundé and Bafoussam.

1. Tasks
Placed under the hierarchical responsibility of the Head of Agency, the reception officer will have the main responsibilities of:
Ensure the reception and orientation of customers and prospects within the agency;
Build a database of prospects in the CRM and follow them until they are transformed into customers;
Ensure telephone reminders to prospects;
Sell ​​all the institution’s products and services;
Manage customer complaints and periodically conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him by his immediate superior.

2. Profile
Minimum BAC +2 in Commercial Action or other equivalent courses;
Professional experience: 6 months in a similar position in a retail or service company;
Age requirement: Maximum 30 years old;
Bilingualism: French/English;
Mastery of the various techniques of sales, commercial negotiation and interpersonal communication; Good oral and written expression;
Good physical presentation;
Perfect mastery of the computer tool and the Android system;
Female candidates strongly encouraged;
Good character, self-control and resistance to stress.
