We are currently recruiting a Reception Advisor on a fixed-term contract for a period of 7 months based in Roubaix (59170).

Tasks
* Characterize the caller’s needs and direct the interview accordingly
* Inform Adie prospects about the association’s business, its products and its services
* Ensure telephone reception and management of the relationship with the project leader, or client:
– Conduct an initial assessment of the prospect’s request
– Depending on the eligibility criteria defined by Adie, direct the bearer to the appropriate interlocutor
– Manage the making of appointments for eligible project leaders with a Credit or Support Advisor
* Guarantee the proactive follow-up of the reception PF (reminder, AEC, support)
* Ensure the management of complaints issued internally (incidents / liaison sheets).
* Take charge of complaints from customers and prospects and direct them to the appropriate interlocutors
* Maintain caller information in the Adie contact database
