We are currently looking for a Territorial Director on a permanent contract who will be attached to the Regional Direction Languedoc Roussillon Midi-Pyrénée.

As Territorial Director, your missions will revolve around the following axes :

Commercial communication and the Adie brand
* Define the annual action plan for the development of demand and the distribution of credit, advisory and insurance services with a view to achieving operational objectives.
* Develop operational partnerships (prescription, support, etc.) to increase qualified demand.
* Ensure the sustainable control of risk on all the portfolios of its territory, by ensuring the quality of the study of credit applications, the decision, the prevention, and the recovery network on all the territorial portfolios.
* Ensure production quality.
* Participate in the decision (committee, delegation).
* Contribute directly to the operational activity of the territorial team.
* Define and implement the action plan, in the direction of prospects, customers and prescribers

Management and human resources
* Manage individually and collectively the salaried team of the territory.
* Define the volunteer recruitment action plan.
* Recruit and integrate local volunteers, ensure training adapted to their missions.
* Coordinate and animate volunteers at the territorial level

Quality of service and customer satisfaction
* Monitor indicators, use customer satisfaction data to implement corrective actions and improve service quality.

Operations Compliance
* Ensure compliance with obligations in terms of compliance of operations : management of the compliance of disbursements and checks the compliance of instructions (1st level).

Fundraising, advocacy and institutional communication
* Contribute by delegation to the action plan of the regional management

Financial management and administration
* Contribute by delegation to the fulfillment of funding requests and compliance with contractual obligations (narrative elements, reports)
