Job description H021: Head of room
Main missions :
-Manage the entire room team (servers)
-Organize work, plan schedules,
– Control the gross operating margin and ensure that it is always in surplus, which means in particular managing supplies, keeping stocks and orders relating to the bar and the choice of suppliers.
– Welcomes and greets customers during the service
– Set up and monitor room service
Required Skills :
-Basic elements in bartending
– Memorization of orders (dishes, drinks)
-Welcome arrangements
-Hygiene and food safety rules
-Inventory management rules
-Management techniques
– Techniques for carrying trays/dishes
Required qualities :
– Excellent professional with in-depth knowledge of reception, service and room work, and with a very strong sense of customer service
– Know how to manage a team
– Excellent presentation
– The oral practice of English is appreciated, that of a second foreign language is a plus
– Good manager
Qualifications required:
BTS Hospitality preferably,
Minimum CAP/BEP level
· Be dynamic and voluntary
