RECRUITMENT NOTICE

AS PART OF THE OPENING OF AN OFFICE IN SENEGAL, A COMPANY
INTERNATIONAL BTP / ALUMINUM RECRUITS ITS

OFFICE MANAGER

Reporting to the Managing Director of the Plant, the Office Manager manages,
commercial development, team management and ensuring the development of the number
structure business.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Set up the new office in Senegal
• Recruit and manage the employees of the company
• Build and develop the market as well as the business in Senegal and neighboring countries
• Retain and develop the customer portfolio
• Animate the commercial policy of the office, develop the commercial action plan.
• Develop partnerships with office clients (builders, investors and architects).
• Identify, target and win new business opportunities by prospecting new customers
• Ensure coordination of supply and study the profitability of all office markets in a geographical area of ​​Senegal and neighboring countries.
• Ensure the financial negotiations until the conclusion of the business.
• Validate costing studies, define or apply the price of services and validate the signing of contracts.
• Monitor the evolution of current business volume with regard to turnover objectives (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure the general planning of the works related to the projects of the office and carry out its follow-up in relation with the person in charge of the works
• Monitor and control the proper fulfillment of commitments in conjunction with managers and/or works supervisors.
• Supervise the launch of the works with the prime contractor and the delivery with the client.
• Propose short and medium term investment forecasts.
• Monitor the achievement of profitability objectives: Monitoring of performance indicators (monthly, quarterly, etc.) control of costs, establishment of budgets, monitoring of the evolution of turnover.
• Ensure regular reporting to the headquarters in Germany
• Ensure the implementation of the policy in terms of quality, safety, hygiene and the environment.
• Manage social relations within the office (staff representatives, hygiene committee, etc.)

REQUIRED PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
– Have a Bac+ 3/5 diploma in management, business studies, economic sciences and techniques, accounting and finance
Or a specialization in industrial engineering (industrial management, operations management, etc.) or in the construction sector (work management, technical studies, construction economics).
– Good knowledge of the construction sector and / or aluminum carpentry strongly desired
– Have at least seven (07) years of relevant experience in the field of activity
– Have experience in team management.

• Excellent commercial acumen
• Developed interpersonal skills
• Very good listening and negotiation skills
• Be ready to make many trips
• Very good knowledge of English, German being a plus
