ACTIVITIES/TASK
MAIN ES
– Provide operational support to Back
Subsidiary office – if necessary – in the
processing and follow-up of customer requests; during
deployment of new subsidiaries and
new distribution networks;
– Process requests related to the management of
access to the Single Window for our network of
distribution and our partners (creation,
modification, deletion of customer accounts,
etc) ;
– Collect and obtain the Global Reports of
different service operators for the
reconciliation of transactions/operations
carried out by our distribution network and
partners;
– Analyze and clear the discrepancies, then proceed
compensation with partners;
– Transmit the reconciliation report to the
internal/external partners on time
allocated (D+1);
– Ensure the follow-up of the regularization of discrepancies
observed then proceed with the offsets with
the partners ;
– Validate the supply requests of the
distribution network and partners and
monitoring ;
– Respect the deadlines set for the
processing of requests and resolution of
incidents (closure of tickets, compliance with
ALS, etc.),
– Provide and retain evidence of any
transaction/operation;
– Regularize discrepancies, anomalies noted
on transactions, operations and ensuring
