ACTIVITIES/TASKS
MAIN
– Welcome our POS, Partners and Customers according to the
company welcome charter
– Process requests for information and assistance
– Process level 1 requests
– Escalate level 2 and 3 requests to services
concerned
– Establish a diagnosis on the basis of the collection
information obtained during the treatment
– Enter in the CRM the details of the
request/complaint and the actions carried out then
follow up on requests on a daily basis until
closure of these.
– Inform of resolution or reinstatement deadlines if
available
– Escalate level 1 “ticket” complaints to
the services concerned
– Contact our POS, Partners and Customers in the
frame of a informationsurvey, campaign
sales, incident resolution, etc.
