JOB DESCRIPTION
Attributions:
search for real estate (apartments, houses, businesses, offices) for sale or
to rent out,
• sign a mandate with the owner,
• define with the owner the sale or rental price and, where applicable, the cost of charges,
• advertise and display the real estate available in his agency,
• show the property to the buyer or the person wishing to rent the accommodation,
• collect purchase offers or files presented by rental candidates,

SELECTION CRITERIA
– Level of training: BAC +2
– Diploma: BTS

– SPECIALTY: LEGAL CAREER AND REAL ESTATE/MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONS

– Specific requirements :

– Have a sense of responsibility,
– Have a good aptitude
– Application of any kind,
– Be between 18 and 35 years old on December 31, 2019
– Availability, Seriousness

DURATION OF THE INTERNSHIP: six (06) months renewable
