A position of visual communications manager is to be filled under a permanent contract within the Communication and Information Department of CCFD-Terre Solidaire.
ASSIGNMENT
Under the responsibility of the visual communication manager, the visual communication manager contributes to the development of communication by producing internal and external tools and implementing visual communication actions that are part of the strategy. global communication.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the consistency of the image and compliance with the graphic charter
- Advise other departments and the network on visual communication
- Contribute to the quality of the graphic charter (evolution, adaptability, etc.), advise its users and control its application
- Ensure that CCFD-Terre Solidaire productions respect the image and brand strategy of the Association
- Contribute to the iconographic choices of the Association’s communication tools
- Participate in the development of the communication strategy
- Contribute to the development of the network of communicators on visual communication issues
- Ensure the production and distribution of productions by being responsible for their quality, cost and compliance with deadlines
- Participate in the drafting of specifications, select and manage service providers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and monitoring the work with graphic designers
- Participate in the formatting of the content (proofreading, adaptation of the message to the target, preparation of copies, etc.)
- Plan, prepare, manage the production and distribution of communication media
- Ensure compliance with the legal framework of productions
- Measure and monitor your communication actions
- Establish tools for evaluating communication actions
- Manage the budget within its scope of action
- Provide technical monitoring and benchmarking of industry trends
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Adherence to the CCFD project and values
- Higher education in communication or graphic design
- Proven experience in graphic design and creation
- Experience in project management, experience of multi-channel communication projects (web and video) would be highly appreciated
- In-depth knowledge of the editorial chain, its techniques and the graphic chain
- Knowledge of typographic rules and bibliographic standards, as well as good command of the French language
- Understanding of the general principles of communication law and in particular of the legislation on writing, use of images, copyright
- Mastery of software from the Adobe suite (In design, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and office tools
- Ability to coordinate the work of external service providers
- Competence in budget management and commercial negotiation capacity
- Versatility, adaptability to multiple interlocutors, speed and ability to work in an emergency
CONTRACT AND REMUNERATION
This is a position on a full-time permanent contract on the basis of an annual package of 2015 working days. The job will be located in Paris, 4 rue Jean Lantier, 750011 Paris, at the association’s headquarters.
Gross annual compensation €36.2k over 13 months. Status frame. Mutual. Meal vouchers.
The position is to be filled at the beginning of September.
