COGELEC ENERGY is recruiting a Sales Manager. Position based in Dakar with travel to all regions of Senegal

Your mission at COGELEC ENERGY
COGELEC ENERGY is a company active exclusively in the B2B segment. Reporting directly to the President of cogelec energy SAS, the sales manager’s mission is:

1) diligent monitoring of client companies
2) the acquisition of new client companies and
3) recovery monitoring.

Your main activities will be:

1) Customer follow-up

Customer database management
Managing responses to calls for tenders and consultations
Organization of customer events
2) Customer renewal

Writing and monitoring approval applications
Represent COGELEC ENERGY in events
Implementation of a strategy for recruiting new clients
Implementation of the trading strategy
3) Recovery monitoring

Diligent recovery monitoring
strategic management

Ensure ongoing training of internal teams
Improve internal monitoring and control procedures
Implement internal CRM management software in line with back-office systems

Required profile
F/M, Engineer’s degree or higher technician with experience in sales or sales administration or alternatively a graduate of a business school with sales experience, armed with technical background which allows her to understand and sell COGELEC ENERGY’s businesses.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Your sense of method, knowledge of yourself and the impact you have on others, and your natural humility set you apart from your peers.
