Emmaus Connect recruits 01 digital educational facilitator

Convinced that digital technology offers a unique opportunity to multiply its integration capacities, Emmaüs Connect has been working since 2013 to ensure that digital technology also benefits those who need it most: people in precariousness.

The association acts in the field as closely as possible to the needs of people in integration and the professionals who support them. It designs educational resources and offers workshops to learn about key digital services, it offers joint access to equipment and connection. The association also develops services (assessment tools, maps, training) for social actors and public service operators to better support in the era of 100% online.

I SUPPORT AN IMPORTANT CAUSE

Today in a context of strong digitization of our society, 85% of procedures are accessible online. For lack of diplomas, resources or inclination for these tools, it is 5 million French people who then see added to their social fragility a new exclusion factor: digital.

To date, the program has welcomed nearly 35,000 people in its reception points located in 8 cities in France. In parallel with the territorial deployment of the program, Emmaüs Connect continues to develop innovative solutions to act on a larger scale on digital inclusion in France. Raising awareness, support and training for social action or public authorities are therefore part of the key areas of Emmaus Connect’s development.

YOUR MISSION

Under the responsibility of the Operational Manager of Rhône Alpes and within the teams in charge of educational support projects for our beneficiaries based in Lyon, your mission will be to:

Facilitate educational support sessions

Supervise and facilitate coaching sessions
Support beneficiaries in their acquisition of skills
Carry out administrative, quantitative and qualitative monitoring as well as the evaluation of interventions

Contribute to the operational and logistical coordination of interventions

Manage registrations and schedules
Manage equipment and rooms
Organize and carry out information sessions on the interventions
Inform and mobilize our partners and beneficiaries on support

Participate in the recruitment and animation of the network of volunteers

Participate in the recruitment of new volunteers
Welcome and integrate new volunteers
Participate in their integration and training
Participate in their loyalty and in the animation of the network (exchanges of good practices, feedback of information and ideas from the field, organization of convivial times, etc.)
