Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, the Event production and logistics manager (M/F) participates in the design and smooth running of events designed and produced by Jeune Afrique Media Group such as the Africa CEO Forum, Women In Business Annual Leadership Meeting and as well as future events under construction.

As such, your missions are structured as follows:

Monitoring the visual and graphic creation of events: reflection on the graphic charter, possible variations in scenography, on communication and signage tools;
Design and management of event catalogs;
Coordination of graphic teams, freelancers and service providers: printers, technical service providers, logistics and production teams, receptionists, etc. ;
Participation in the development phase of events: search for venues, local service providers; preparation of specifications and budgets, etc. ;
Monitoring the production and logistics of events;
Development of operational tools: agenda, report, implementation retro-planning, mission sheet, road book, etc. ;
Monitoring process monitoring in compliance with retro-planning;
Ensure the smooth running of each event in the field and manage contingencies;
Carry out the post-production and drafting of the report of each event.

Required profile :

You are a graduate of a Business or Communication School and you have a first successful experience of at least 2 years in an events agency, ideally with references in Africa or internationally.

You show initiative, rigor and a strong sense of organization in your work.

You have a good ability to adapt, you know how to work in a team and lead projects from start to finish.

You speak English fluently and you have a strong interest in the African continent developed during your previous professional experiences.
