FLUICONNECTO SENEGAL SAS is recruiting a Technical Sales Representative.

A Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Technical Sales (“TC”) is to maintain and develop the customer portfolio.
The work is based in Dakar. Of course, due to the needs of FLUICONNECTO SENEGAL SAS (“FLCSEN”), the TC may be required to carry out missions on or outside the national territory. Similarly, his position may be transferred within or outside the national territory.

The TC is required to be in contact with third parties. As such, he is asked for honesty, discretion and excellent presentation.

B – Duties and responsibilities

B1 – Compliance with Group procedures

HSE procedures
ABC procedures – the employee is provided with various documents relating to the Group’s ABC policy. It confirms their reading and understanding
HR procedures
Evaluation procedure
Any other procedure put in place by Management or its hierarchy
B2 – Specific Duties and Responsibilities

a) Description of tasks

The main tasks of the TC are as follows (non-exhaustive list):

Clients:

It handles the following administrative tasks:

Establishment of quotas
Reception and management of orders received from customers
Establishment of all types of internal and external reporting
He participates in the opening of accounts

He makes sure:

Customer satisfaction
Customer payments within fixed deadlines
The quality of the work and stock delivered (non-sales report? quality defect report?)
He makes sure to maintain the client portfolio and develop it

He constantly informs customers of new products – services – works, and is proactive in the event of new projects.

Inventory:

He ensures the availability of stocks:
By establishing sales schedules
By working closely with the purchasing and logistics department
By offering solutions in the event of a lack of stock
b) Technical capacities

Manage daily work and in correspondence with its tasks
Report to his hierarchy and to any other stakeholder in the company in the event of a problem
Anticipate problems relating to his tasks, immediately inform his superiors and possibly propose actions
Respect the calendar communicated by his hierarchy, in particular all that relates to reporting
Report a information complete, reliable and on time

c) Team

Communicate, interact, and take all necessary measures to achieve its objectives
Contribute to the smooth running of its service
In daily contact with customers

C – Qualifications and knowledge required

Good knowledge of MSOFFICE and embedded systems

D – Experience required

Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping
Experience in a low-dimensional structure

E-Training

Equivalent BTS – commercial or technical DUT

F – Special conditions

No special condition.

Duration: Twelve (12) months renewable
