Médecins Sans Frontières Logistique, a non-profit association under the 1901 law, is a humanitarian purchasing and distribution centre, created by MSF France in 1986. Based in Mérignac (Bordeaux Métropole), its mission is to supply – medicines, medical equipment, vehicles and miscellaneous equipment – ​​humanitarian missions of the Médecins Sans Frontières movement. The services offered by MSF Logistique cover the entire supply chain: purchasing, supply, storage, kit assembly, order preparation and transport.

Assignment

Within the Supply sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the supply of products in accordance with the rules defined in order to guarantee their availability under optimal conditions for MSF Logistique.

For this purpose, you will mainly have to:

 Management of purchase orders

• Analyze supply needs Manage and optimize orders from suppliers
• Plan, organize and track delivery with suppliers according to negotiated incoterms
• Ensure compliance with supplier commitments

 Supplier performance monitoring

• Participate in the logistics evaluation of its suppliers
• Carry out improvement actions in conjunction with the various stakeholders

 Inventory monitoring and management

• Analyze inventory and apply inventory management policies (PGS)
• Inform the Supply Referent and the sectors concerned in the event of a proven or probable stock shortage
