An association governed by the 1901 law, founded in December 1970, France Terre d’Asile promotes human rights and takes care of people in need of protection: asylum seekers, refugees, unaccompanied foreign minors. Leading association in the asylum sector with just over 1,000 employees, it is present in 10 regions and 50 cities, through the management of around a hundred structures, establishments, systems and platforms, which support more than 12,000 people every day in France.

The “France Accueil Accompagnement Réinstallés” (FAAR) project consists of an integrated system dedicated to welcoming beneficiaries of the national resettlement programme. The device project combines access to housing in the context of rental intermediation (sliding leases) as well as a specialized social intervention to support asylum applications and the development of a path of empowerment exclusively for beneficiaries of international protection from the national resettlement programme.

The entire reception and support process is set at a maximum of 12 months for each household. The objective is to enable the target audience to carry out a family and personal project of empowerment through access to civil and social rights, care and health, training, employment and social support. related to housing associated with a better understanding of their social environment, their rights, their duties and the cultural codes of the host country.

Duties:

You are in charge of the implementation of the social intervention, namely:

• Reception, contracting and diagnostic assessment;
• Follow-up of the asylum application;
• Implementation of the personalized autonomy project and support in their various administrative procedures (Prefecture, OFPRA, OFII, CPAM, CAF, Pôle Emploi, etc.);
• Global social support towards the autonomy of beneficiaries of international protection (access to rights, health, education, training/employment, support for parenthood, link with civil society) in the form of interface interviews, home visits , physical accompaniment, collective actions and activities of animation of the daily life and discovery of the territory of reception.
• Management of exceptional and residual aid linked to sliding leases;
• Development and animation of the partnership network;
• Capitalization of knowledge and skills.
