One (01) Executive Assistant (M/F)

Main activities :

-Welcoming, informing, directing visitors and ensuring the switchboard;
-Manage the General Manager’s agenda and schedule;
– Organize meetings, make appointments;
-Provide the DG secretariat & the various departments of the company;
– Ensure the filing and archiving of administrative documents;
– Write internal communication media (reports, minutes, etc.).

Candidate profile:

-Have a BAC+2/3 level in management assistant, secretarial, administrative assistant or any other equivalent diploma;
– Have a professional experience of 2/3 years in a similar position;
– Have good writing skills and knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques;
– Have an excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
– Fluent in English.
