M&D is recruiting an Accounting and Financial Management Manager

As part of its expansion, M&D is looking for an Accounting and Financial Management Manager to join its dynamic team.

The Accounting and Financial Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities will include bookkeeping, budget management, financial analysis, preparation of financial reports and monitoring of key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting and financial management, as well as an in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations in force. Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Required qualifications include a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as proficiency in commonly used accounting and financial software. A great rigor in following procedures and deadlines, as well as a strong attention to detail are also essential to succeed in this role.

As an Accounting and Financial Management Manager, the candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team and provide strategic financial advice to the management of the company.
