Michael Page is recruiting a Real Estate Program Manager M/F.Your missions as a Real Estate Program Manager M/F
Reporting to the program director, you will be responsible for real estate operations (residential, tertiary, retail) and in particular for all technical, commercial, administrative, legal and financial aspects.

In collaboration with internal services and external partners (architects, design and control offices, project managers), you manage the design, assembly, and ensure the coordination and monitoring of programs until perfect completion. and after-sales service.

Your tasks (non-exhaustive list):

Ensure compliance with the agreement and the instructions of the commitment committee on all aspects (technical, financial, etc.)
Establish the program sheets (definition of services, construction cost, sustainable development objectives) with the Commercial Director and the Technical Director as well as the operation budgets
Ensure compliance with the commercial objectives of the programs
Establish operating budgets in liaison with all departments and departments concerned
Choose external stakeholders in collaboration with the Technical Manager (design offices, control offices, SPS coordinator)
In charge of land acquisition
Ensure the launch of calls for tenders upstream and the selection of service providers
Ensure adherence to schedules
Candidate profile

Graduated from a business school or holder of an engineering degree in Civil Engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
In addition to that you have a solid background in real estate and construction.
An excellent sense of coordination and the ability to work in project mode are required for this position.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
Finally, your relational ease and your level of speech are perfect.
