Position 2: Lawyer

Main mission

Reporting to the CEO, the mission of the group lawyer will consist of:

Guarantee the compliance of the activity of the Group and its subsidiaries with regard to the law;

Defend and protect the interests of the Group and its subsidiaries at the commercial, financial and technical level and, to do so, worked closely internally with general management, financial services management, commercial management and services, human resources and, externally, with experts, professional organizations and lawyers;

Participated in the development of the Group by legally supporting its strategy, studying the most favorable legal arrangements, assessing and preventing risks and settling disputes if necessary

Qualifications/Training

Holder of a Master II

Experience : 5 years at least in the similar position.
