Luxury Jewelry Boutique Claims Rapper, Nicki Minaj, Damaged Borrowed Jewelry, Lawyer Fires Back with Advertising Allegations.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Luxury Jewelry Boutique alleges that the stylist responsible for the 40-year-old rapper failed to return 66 borrowed pieces on time, and some items were returned damaged, including a pair of earrings and a ring. Roseark, the boutique, has sent a damage invoice totaling $26,239.50.
Nicki Minaj’s attorney, Jordan Siev, stated to the American media, “We have not received any evidence that any of the jewelry in question was damaged by Nicki. This lawsuit appears to be nothing more than a regular insurance claim from the jeweler seeking payment they are not entitled to. We will vigorously defend ourselves.”
