Association of general interest, Noé’s mission is to safeguard biodiversity in France and abroad, for the well-being of all living beings, and of humanity.

Faced with the rapid decline of large fauna and biodiversity in Africa, the growing pressures on natural resources, and the lack of effectiveness of national and international public policies for the management of protected areas, Noé launched in 2018 a new program of conservation, “Parcs de Noé”, which aims to “ contribute to the sustainable management of protected areas in Africa through a management delegation model, involving responsibility and accountability, for the safeguarding of biodiversity and natural heritage, security and community development of local populations. “. To develop this program, Noé is in close partnership with APN (African Parks Network).

Under the supervision of the President of Noé and the General Manager of Parcs de Noé, your objective will be to develop and coordinate the obtaining of private financing in order to greatly increase and diversify the financial resources of the “Parcs de Noé” program.

Main responsibilities and activities:

• Seek, negotiate and obtain significant funding from private donors (foundations, patrons, companies) for the “Parcs de Noé” program
• Implement an ambitious fundraising strategy for private financing, with an appropriate methodology and the necessary tools
• Animate and perpetuate the network of private donors of Parcs de Noé
• Create a trust fund dedicated to the “Parcs de Noé” program, and obtain the capital to endow it
• Participate in the management team of “Parcs de Noé” and contribute to the development strategy of Parcs de Noé

• 10 years of proven work experience in a content marketing/fundraising/PR position with an international organization
• Proven fundraising results for international organizations
• Bac + 5, Business school or university training such as a Masters in Marketing, international trade
• Proficiency in computer tools and English
• Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​would be a plus (German, Chinese, Arabic)
