Your role
Within the “Center of Excellence in Qualification” department of the Orange Labs BU at SOFRECOM Tunisia, you work on qualification activities in close collaboration with other stakeholders of the project on which you are working. The objective is to provide end-to-end qualification and test automation missions.
Main activities
The activities related to the position are:
– Pilot the service integration process on Enablers and APIs by working jointly with local or Group-level technical teams, to ensure consistency between marketing/functional recommendations and technical specifications;
-Ensure the integration process with enablers and APIs from end to end;
-Ensure the follow-up of the stages of integration of the new versions of the various components of the project: Automation of the deployment via Ansible, creation of the jobs of installation on Jenkins, opening of flow, creation of VIPs, request for storage/backup/supervision.
-Creation of the service installation guide on the production platform, piloting the production launches.
-Prepare the qualification phases (writing of requirements, test plan, execution of functional tests, non-regression tests and performance tests).
-Analyze and follow up anomalies identified on QC.
– Write automatic tests on RobotFramwork and create test jobs on Jenkins.
Your profile
Computer or telecom engineer, you have a first experience in a similar position, in the world of operators or suppliers
SKILLS
Technical skills required:
-Skills on value-added services and service platforms (xMS, SDP, Billing, IN, Authentication, etc.).
-Linux system administration
-Networks and protocols: (TCP/IP, HTTP), Web services (REST, SOAP).
-Knowledge of development scripts (Shell, Perl, JavaScript).
-DevOps: Jenkins, git, gitLab, Ansible, RobotFramwork.
– Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) databases.
Relational and behavioral skills:
– Ability to quickly build skills on the process of integrating applications into the Orange infrastructure;
– Ability to analyze and synthesize technical issues;
– Ability to make decisions based on project complexities and priorities;
– Proven relational skills internally and externally (customers, suppliers, third-party partners, subcontractors, marketing, etc.);
– Ability to adapt his speech to a wide variety of interlocutors (project managers, developers, etc.);
– Flexibility and open-mindedness;
– Team spirit ;
– Initiative, rigor and autonomy.
– The international environment in which SOFRECOM operates requires perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
