Your role
Main missions:
Provide support for sales activities
Ensure the management of your team
Develop the budget for the Distribution Department and monitor what is achieved
Ensure Control of Remuneration of Indirect Channels
Ensure control and monitoring of Partner commitments
Monitor the implementation of recommendations from the Group Audit or the Regulator
Main activities:
Provide support for sales activities
Supervise activities that contribute to the integration and skills development of DD personnel, as well as change management
Lead the implementation of specific procedures (change management, reorganisation, etc.) and new working methods (procedures, internal memos, memos and information, drafting of specifications)
Supervise audit activities of the sales force and distribution network
Supervise the administrative and logistical management of the sales force (scheduling of impregnation, updating of system authorizations due to transfers and promotions, disciplinary files, planning of leave, development of job descriptions, work tools, car fleet)
Supervise the analysis of sales statistics, the implementation of SD projects
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments with service providers (follow-up of purchase requests, purchase orders, delivery of benefits and services, payment of invoices)
Ensure the management of your team
Provide coaching to your employees
Organize periodic meetings of the trade body
Develop the budget for the Distribution Department and monitor what is achieved
Identify needs by cost center
Guarantee valuation and cost estimation
Ensure the follow-up of the recommendations of the restitution of Management Control
Ensure Control of Remuneration of Indirect Channels
Carry out control of the calculation of Partner commissions
Carry out control of the calculation of Key Account commissions
Carry out control of the calculation of O ‘Shop commissions
Ensure control and monitoring of Partner commitments
Control the level of Partner ceilings
Follow up on unpaid debts
Ensure follow-up of recoveries
Ensure follow-up of the recommendations of the Group Audit or the Regulator
Ensure monitoring of the application of Group Audit recommendations
Ensure monitoring of the application of the Regulator’s recommendations
Your profile
Training:
Bac + 5 in Higher Business Studies
Minimum Experience:
6/7 years in sales management
SKILLS
Transversal Skills:
Bilingual, aptitude for team management and sense of organization, ability to anticipate, pragmatism, strategic vision, change management, employee development, cooperation & influence, team leadership, diversity.
Job Skills:
Have a sales and communicator spirit, ability to conduct micro organization studies
