your role

Main missions:

  • Position Orange around areas of growth through the development and management of sector strategies in the business market.

Main activities:

  • Explore business development opportunities
  • Monitor the development of telecom sector activities
  • Define the addressing of targets and new business territories
  • Identify new business development opportunities
  • Organize workshops and sectoral meetings with customers and partners to identify their needs and identify business opportunities
  • Perform benchmarks with other group entities to detect new business territories
  • Increase the Company’s turnover through a strategic approach to its scope and through prospecting focused on project detection
  • Monitor and coordinate the development of tailor-made offers and projects
  • Develop the turnover of complex projects and offers
  • Organize missions in project mode
  • Optimize the combination of architecture – cost – lead time of the solutions implemented
  • Participate in the validation of technical functionalities
  • Participate in technical and financial negotiations of solutions offered to customers
  • Supervise the qualification of needs and the drafting of responses to customers
  • Ensure commercial performance and profitability objectives
  • Contribute to the achievement of overall sales objectives on complex offers and projects
  • Carry out the assembly of business plans for complex and tailor-made offers
  • Ensure the profitability of the business models and business plan of the offers
  • Analyze the results, define and propose action plans in line with the defined business trajectories

your profile

Training:

BAC + 4/5 Business school, Marketing, Telecoms, IT or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

At least five (5) years of experience in the commercial, marketing or technical field or 3 years of management experience in the fields of marketing and commercial business or in project management.

SKILLS

Transversal Skills:

Solid and proven leadership, rigor and initiative, autonomy, cost management, sense of organization,
aptitude for decision-making, have a sense of planning and method, aptitude for project management and coaching, team spirit and collaboration, strong sensitivity to results, dynamic and mobile with a taste for client relationship.

Business Skills:

Good knowledge of the B2B channel and customer processes, excellent negotiation skills, experience in project management and administration, ability to develop a relationship with business customers and company representation, knowledge of quality.
