YOUR ROLE

Within the Human Resources Department, you will support Recruitment Officers through various tasks inherent in the recruitment of employees:

• Collection of needs from Human Resources Business Partners, CDRs or Managers
• Writing and publishing advertisements
• Sourcing via CV databases and social networks
• Sorting, qualification and follow-up of applications
• Reporting update via various internal tools (including an Applicant Tracking System)
• Possible participation in recruitment events: afterwork, fair, forum school

However, the list of missions is not exhaustive and you could contribute to cross-functional HR topics depending on current events.

your profile

Training BAC + 4/5 in Business School / HR or University (specialization in Human Resources), you have a certain appetite for the search for technical profiles on markets in tension.

• Ideally, you have a first experience in Human Resources (internship or work-study) and the IT field arouses your interest.
• You are really motivated by the challenge, show initiative, are autonomous and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are able to grasp complexity and show rigor and organization in your activities. You have a real spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Your written and oral skills allow you to present your ideas, and to manage exchanges effectively.
• Your level of English allows you to communicate easily orally and in writing.
