Work under the supervision of the Deputy Production Manager and in collaboration with a large number of stakeholders.

RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF TWO (02) PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS

Description ofjob and profile matches

1/Employment

Agricultural part

Management and supervision of production staff
Harvest preparation (inputs and logistics)
Monitoring of individual planters in the field: nurseries, field transplantation, picking, dryers, etc.
Monitoring of tobacco purchases (markets) and routing to processing centers
Ensure the application and respect of the instructions given

Processing and export part

In processing centers, supervision of fermentation, sorting and packaging of tobacco leaves, carried out by seasonal workers
Ensure the application and compliance with the instructions given, correction of errors
Coordination and monitoring of tobacco exports

General aspect

Head of Center and work under the supervision of the Production Manager and the General Manager
In close collaboration with a large number of stakeholders
The working language is French

2/Profile :

Agronomist with BACC + 5 training, loving to take on new challenges
Experience of at least 7 years in the field and crop production
Having professional experience in a developing country, and more particularly in Central Africa would be an asset
Being flexible, and ready to adapt to a local culture and a specific production environment
Having teaching skills, being patient and ready to invest
Having easy contact and showing initiative
A good physical condition is essential
Being on the ground would be an asset
