Job Description

We are looking for a qualified accounting mission leader to join our team. As Head of Accounting Missions, you are required to manage a portfolio of diversified clients.

Missions and responsibilities:

• Participate and supervise the review of the accounts: closing operations, preparation of balance sheets, bundles and brochures by supporting your employees

• Provide customer advice

• Involvement in exceptional missions, in the presence of the accountant

• Presentation of accounts at the end of the year

• Participation in the development of the firm’s clientele

Profile sought for the position: MISSION HEAD

 Hold a Bac+5 in Management Accounting, Audit and Management Control, all other equivalent diplomas (DSCG)

 Proof of confirmed and verifiable experience of at least five (05) years in an accounting firm

 Have mastery of IT tools

 Be able to work under pressure

 Possess strong synthesis and report writing skills

 Have a high sense of organization and analysis

 Be excellent in French and English, oral and written

 Master an accounting software and in particular SAGE

 Holder of DESCOGEF, DECOFI or DEC in the process of being obtained would be a plus

 Mastery or experience in French and Beninese companies mandatory
