Under the authority of the project manager, the Administrative and Financial Officer (CAF) is responsible for the administrative, accounting and financial management of the organization

ASSIGNMENT

Ensure that all arrangements are made upstream to ensure the proper functioning of the administration, ensure good relations with suppliers and service providers, ensure good cash management, manage partner grants and supervise the administrative support assistant

ACTIVITIES

Provides administrative management:

Ensure the application of administrative, accounting and financial procedures,

Participate in the preparation of budgets,

Monitor budget execution,

Prepare fund withdrawal requests,

Keep the fixed assets file up to date

Prepare periodic financial monitoring reports

Manage relationships with suppliers:

Ensure compliance with procedures for placing orders with suppliers and follow up,

Participate in the receipt of orders,

Prepare service provider contracts

Certify and liquidate invoices as well as statements,

Participate in the preparation of calls for tenders,

Manage cash

Ensure the regular supply of bank accounts,

Ensure payment by checks and other means of payment,

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Provides personnel management:

Maintain personnel files,

Prepare payroll statements

Pay attention to salaries.

Supervise the work of the administrative and financial assistant

Check the input fog transmitted by the AAA,

Ensure that the accounts are kept up to date,

Participate in accounting inventory work,

Prepare financial statements for audit,

Ensure the application of the recommendations of the auditors.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Strict compliance with the procedure manual

ENVIRONMENT SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety and integrity of assets and agents in charge

QUALIFICATION (Compulsory Training and Qualifications)

License3 + 4 years of experience in the field

Workplace :

National headquarters of Maradi with the possibility of travel to the field
