ASSIGNMENTS

Under the authority and supervision of the Head of General Resources, the Archivist is responsible for:

Participate in defining the bank’s general document archiving policy, archive files and coordinate archiving activities:

Propose an archiving plan in accordance with the bank’s general document archiving policy.

Archiving Physical and Electronic Records:

Receive documents

Classify received documents

Maintain and monitor the exit register of files

Folding bank statements

PROFILE

The Archivist must have the following profile:

BAC + 3 in Documentation and archiving

Relevant professional experience of at least 1 year

Rigor, integrity, availability, sense of organization

Be between 25 and 40 years old

COMPOSITION OF THE FILE

A cover letter dated and signed by the candidate

An up-to-date detailed curriculum vitae

Legalized photocopies of the required certificates and diplomas

ANPE card
