Description

Consult Services Synergie (a firm specializing in Strategy, Organization and Human Resources Consulting) is recruiting a COMPLIANCE MANAGER for an insurance company.

General mission:

– Assist the compliance manager, within the bank, in the management of non-compliance risks.

– Participate in the establishment and proper application of the rules and codes of ethics and professional conduct in force within the Bank: verification of compliance with the regulations in force and internal procedures.

– Assist the compliance officer in the implementation of the system for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Activities

– Manage projects specific to the Compliance Department

– Participate in the drafting of regulatory reports

– Process alerts generated by anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing tools

– Participate in the preparation of compliance notices on new products or services before they are marketed

– Carry out checks on the application of regulations and the implementation of internal procedures and standards.

– List the standards in force

– Control and validate files for opening high-risk accounts in REIS KYC

– Prepare Cash Transaction Declarations (DTE) for CENTIF

– Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (DOS) for CENTIF

Profile

Academic training :

– Specialized training in banking / finance

– Higher education (business school, university, Bac +5 level) in Banking risk control, financial security and compliance / Financial sector law / Finance specializing in financial risk management / Fight against financial crime.

Expected skills:

– Knowledge of finance, accounting and risk analysis

– Cross-business vision

– Knowledge of banking professions / products / services

Abilities

– Be reactive, – Know how to convince, – Demonstrate pedagogy, – Supervise/lead a team, – Demonstrate relational and communication skills, – Know how to analyze and synthesize.
