We are recruiting for the company Foundever a Bilingual Executive Assistant who will have the following mission:
Assist one or more manager(s) (senior executive, director, etc.) in order to optimize the management of their activity (planning management, organization of travel, communication, preparation of meetings, reception, etc.). Organize and coordinate internal and external information, sometimes confidential, related to the operation of the structure.
Can take charge of the complete follow-up of files (equipment maintenance contracts, follow-up of customer reminders, administrative management of personnel, etc.) or specific events (organization of seminars, trade fairs, etc.).
Can coordinate a team.
