The Manager is responsible for:

Promoting and selling products and services

Make the functioning of the space viable

Establish partnerships with the municipalities of the department

Collect functional needs to ensure good quality of service;

Define and implement the marketing strategy;

Ensure commercial management and monitoring of customer relations;

Ensure communication with customers, state services as well as administrative and local authorities;

Provide personnel management;

Ensure budgetary and financial management;

Supervise the maintenance and operation of networks and computer systems;

Participate in the departmental development committee

Required profile

Coming from a BAC + 5 training in IT, Marketing, communication, finance, Commerce, you have:

Professional experience of at least five (05) years in the public or private sector;

A good knowledge of the organization and procedures of State services;

A good knowledge of the ICT sector and the problems of the policy of dematerialization of the administrative procedures of the State;

A good knowledge of common office software (Word, Excel, power point) and the Internet.

Professional asset

Communication skills ;

Excellent writing ability;

Ability to work in a team;

Rigor and professionalism;

Ability to plan, organize work and have a spirit of initiative, synthesis;

Ability to work under pressure.
