Recruitment of one (01) Personal Assistant

As part of its expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and competent Personal Assistant to effectively support the General Manager in his daily activities.
Responsibilities:
As Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
-Represent the General Manager during various internal and external interactions;
-Ensure total availability to meet the changing requirements of the General Manager;
-Maintain a neat and professional appearance in all circumstances;
-Facilitate smooth communication between the General Manager and key stakeholders;
-Manage correspondence, calls and appointments with precision and efficiency;
– Prepare documents, reports and presentations in French and English;
-Participate in the coordination of events, meetings and trips.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Assistance or in a similar field;
-Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
-Proven experience in a similar position as a personal assistant, preferably within a respected company;
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
-Good presentation and ability to represent the company at the highest level;
-Preference for single candidates;
-Minimum height of at least 1.70 m;
-Previous experience in a similar field;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Proficiency in common office software.
NB: Preferred nationality: Senegal, Central African Republic, Congo, Cameroon, Chad, Gambia, Ghana
