Recruitment of teleoperators

International Negoce Call Center (INCC), doing in the field of teleoperation, is recruiting teleoperators for an insurance campaign. The job is daytime and full-time.

Conditions to be met to apply:

• Be of good character;
• Be available and stable;
• Have experience of at least one year (1 year) in the field of insurance or have worked on an insurance campaign in a call center;
• Have a perfect command of the French language;
• Have a minimum level of Bacc + 2 studies in all sectors, but sectors such as marketing, commerce and sales are preferred;
• Have a perfect level of knowledge of ICT;
• Be able to work under pressure and resist stress;
• Be able to work on public holidays and even weekends;

Constitution of the file:

• A well-detailed CV;
• A handwritten request addressed to the Director General of INCC;
• A cover letter ;
• Photocopy of the highest diploma;
• Photocopies of certificates of completion of training or work if possible;
• Photocopy of the CNI;
• A location map etc.
