A growing company on a human scale, distributor and publisher of software solutions in geomatics, and GPS for updating GIS, is looking for web developers (2) for its support team in Lomé.

With extensive expertise in geospatial imagery, it offers solutions in photogrammetry, remote sensing, cartography, internet broadcasting, visualization, cataloging and web service-oriented architectures.

One of its flagship solutions is the direct survey and georeferencing solution for open trench networks 3D Excavations, AFNOR Geolocation and Referencing certified. With 3D Excavations (F3D), our customers can respond to the DT-DICT by:

– Collecting georeferenced image data in the field

– Receiving a lifting report and deliverables in 10 minutes of automated processing

– Accessing an online drawing platform

– Accessing a platform for monitoring and analyzing their activity

In order to continue to develop its web platforms (backend and frontend), it is looking for for its technical team, based in Lomé, a:

Experienced web application developer (M/F)

Reporting to our Head of Development and Geodata, you will have the following missions:

• Study the existing (understand the F3D workflow and the needs of new modules in the F3D ecosystem)
• Implement the modules with the programming tools validated with the tutor
• Produce deliverables: commented codes, a technical report and of course the applications.
• Participate in the deployment and writing of guides for users

Required profile :

You have a BAC + 4 / BAC + 5 in Computer Science, Master or Generalist Engineering Cycle oriented Web Application Development

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in web application development with recent technologies

You are proactive and you know how to work in a team.

Essential computer skills:

– Very good command of modeling and application development concepts

– Mastery of web languages ​​(HTML/CSS/Javascript, PHP), modeling language (UML)

– Experience in Python

– Experience with Bootstrap/Angular/React, Git

– Experience with REST APIs in general and Swagger tools in particular

– Mastery of database concepts and operation: Modeling, PostGreSQL/PostGIS)

– Familiar with Apache/Tomcat servers, IIS

– Familiar with Windows and Linux environment

Skills appreciated:

– Experience in application design

– Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile)

– Knowledge of geomatics (GIS, cartography, spatial comics)
