SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 38 years, has been helping populations who are victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs, food, drink and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases related to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion hygiene but also in that, essential, of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – operate with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

Guarantees the analytical quality of accounting and compliance with the accounting cycle

Control the field accounting with the administrative coordinator of the mission and in conjunction with the management trainee and the Field Accounting Officer of the mission concerned Ensure compliance with the monthly cycle (calendar / reporting of documents – files) Supervise the analytical allocation of expenses carried out in France for the missions Contribute to the half-yearly and annual accounting closings Use the Totem software in consultation, for the purposes of cost analysis and preparation of reports

Ensures the budgetary management of the mission(s). Anticipates and issues recommendations to facilitate decisions for both donor financing contracts and equity.

Check the updating of allocation tables and their consistency with budget monitoring Ensure consistency between budget monitoring and operational development of programs with the Program Manager Anticipate and recommend requests for amendment and/or budget reallocation Ensure the financial aspect of programming meetings

Ensures the financial and administrative management of contracts (proposals, reports, request for amendment, request for payment, closing of the contract and possibly the audit)

Check and validate the budgetary part of the proposals Check and validate the budgetary part of the intermediate and final reports Ensure the financial closure of the project (donor questions / last payments / audit) in conjunction with the Field Accounting Officer and the Internal Control department

Controls needs and cash flow on missions in conjunction with the Field Accounting Officer concerned

Exercises functional authority over the Administrative Coordinator(s) of the missions through the validation of candidates during recruitment, the follow-up of the work on the mission, the performance interviews and the debriefings.

Supervise the Support Assistant: recruits and sets its objectives, ensures its training, its integration and accompanies it by a system of progressive delegation, carries out its evaluation.

Participates in the annual programming of the missions of the desk and the missions service: verification, validation and follow-up of the administrative annexes in coordination with the geographical manager and the program manager

Participates in the updating and development of management procedures and tools and as a financial management representative in cross-functional projects

Participation in the departure training at the headquarters

Delivers (with the Desk Management Controllers and/or the Financial Management Manager) modules with a financial management component in the common core, program training, logistics training and administrative training) Participates in updating these modules

Field support and supervision of the administrative procedures put in place on the missions

Advise and guide the administrative coordinators in the general administrative management of their mission Carry out field missions to provide administrative support (terms of reference / mission report) Support missions for the preparation and follow-up of audits requested by local authorities in link with the financial department and the internal control department Is associated with the development of the terms of reference for internal control missions

Higher education, such as a business school, master’s degree in management/finance,

Essential NGO experience in a financial coordination position in the field, or a similar position.

This position requires a good command of accounting and management procedures, knowledge of donor rules (ECHO, EU, OFDA, UNICEF, etc.), extremely rigorous work, relational facilities with the various departments and expatriates in the field. ,

Mastery of the most common office software (Word and Excel),

good command of English

Knowledge of SAGA accounting software is a plus

Position based in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy) with field trips CDI contract, Executive Status Gross monthly remuneration of €2,880 or €3,000 according to the new salary grid in force 12 days of RTT/year Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) paid for by the Recovery days association and medical coverage 100% covered during field trips.
