SOMISY-SA is researching on behalf of its Underground department:

POSITION PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The main role of this function is to operate the concrete spraying machine in the underground mine safely and efficiently to ensure that production requirements and quality standards are achieved.

• Operate the concrete spraying machine safely and efficiently to ensure that production, development and quality objectives are met or exceeded;
• Identify opportunities to improve underground shotcrete systems and processes.

QUALIFICATION/POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Justify three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an underground mine, preferably in the operation of a blasting concrete spraying platform;
• Have a proven knowledge of safety rules at work in the underground mine in particular;
• Know how to speak, read and write French, knowledge of English will be an asset;
• Be able to work without constant supervision;
• Be rigorous, punctual and available;
• Possess a valid Malian driver’s license;
• Have a First Aid Certificate.
