The CRF is recruiting 01 Early Childhood Project Manager

At the head of an important network of 600 establishments in the health, medico-social, social, and education sectors, the French Red Cross employs more than 18,000 employees and 70 professions make it up in “medico-educational institutes , crèches, retirement homes, functional rehabilitation centres, training institutes, emergency accommodation centres, international missions…”.

Within the Department of Professions and Training, you support the national delegate within the Children & Families team, on all the fields of management of the early childhood profession, on the establishments (60 EAJE), as on voluntary actions, in particular those of Espace Bébé Parents (27 sites open to date) as well as in projects within the children and families profession, or inter-sector projects in particular with the fight against exclusion or disability.

The main tasks are :
* Animate the network of early childhood establishments
* Animate the establishments around the business software
* Provide business expertise as part of the EAJE quality approach
* Ensure the development of the Espace Bébé Parents action
* Participate in the transversality of the actions of the early childhood profession with the other professions of the association
* Ensure regulatory monitoring and the dissemination of public policies concerning early childhood,
* Participate in the definition of the early childhood service offer and its distribution
* Represent the CRf in the field of early childhood and contribute to advocacy
* Participate in responses to public service delegations, and equip the network for development

Candidate’s experience / training * Knowledge of early childhood public policies, legislative and regulatory framework
* Knowledge and skills in the development of young children, support for parenthood and the profession of early childhood
