The French Red Cross is both an association under the 1901 law recognized as being of public utility of 57,000 volunteers who have been involved for more than 150 years on many fronts in the fight against insecurity, and a non-profit service company in the health, social, medico-social and training fields with 18,000 employees in more than 600 establishments.

PURPOSE
Support, advise and accompany the delegations in setting up their projects aimed at implementing the territorial action plan in connection with the geographical pole of the territory.

MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

SUPPORT AND HELP ELECTED OFFICERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTION PLANS
– Contribute to the analysis of the needs of the territories and the actions of the other associative actors;
– Contribute to the emergence of actions necessary for the implementation of the association’s national strategy;
– Assist in the construction of territorial action plans and the regional strategic contract;
– Promote pooling between territories;
– Supporting the territory in carrying out studies of needs and opportunities;
– Support project promoters in the preparation of internal files (investment and commitment committee, project development fund, common solidarity fund, etc.);
– Make the link with the national, regional, territorial authorities, the business and support departments in connection with the said projects and ensure compliance with internal processes and the consistency of the project in the internal validation schedules.

CONTRIBUTE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CENTRAL DIRECTORATES AND ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE TERRITORY, TO THE EMERGENCE OF NEW ACTIONS
– Propose innovative and economical solutions to meet needs;
– Operationally support the territory in the implementation of projects (project methodology, requests for internal and external subsidies, etc.);
– Evaluate new devices;
– Monitor the fields of action covered by the French Red Cross in the territories with a view to anticipation.

FACILITATE COMMUNICATION, THE FLUIDITY OF INFORMATION, COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES, WITH THE VARIOUS CENTRAL AND REGIONAL DEPARTMENTS, IN LINK WITH EMPLOYEES IN DELEGATION
– Facilitate the transmission of the necessary information to the central services;
– Support the coordination of volunteer/employee activities in relation with the business departments, the various regional activity coordinators and the other players concerned;
– Lead the animation of national dynamics and the dissemination of tools;
– Ensure regular reporting of activities
