The Pediatric Aftercare and Rehabilitation Establishment (122 FTE; 8 million euros) of the French Red Cross is looking for a :
* Establishment Director (M/F) located in Lamorlaye (Oise department) – CDI
* With a capacity of 102 beds and places, specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MPR), the establishment supports, in full-time hospitalization and day hospitalization, children from 3 to 16 years old suffering from paralysis (BMI), neurological pathologies, orthopedic disorders and neurocognitive disorders.
* The management is global and multidisciplinary. It also includes educational and school support.
* The establishment receives children referred by their attending physician on an outpatient basis and works in collaboration with hospitals in Paris and the Picardy region. It has a gait and movement analysis laboratory to optimize treatment.
* In this context, you are responsible for steering the establishment’s strategy, the development of its activity, financial management and human resources.

As such, you are in charge of :
* Ensure the positioning of the establishment on the territory and develop actions within the local network in order to create new partnerships;
* Sustain the financial health of the establishment and maintain quality relations with funding organizations
* Manage the management team;
* Support the quality approach, contribute to the implementation of the action plan and prepare for the next accreditation;
* Accompany the teams in the change following the transfer of the establishment and federate them

Candidate’s experience / training With a higher education (ENSP, IEP, Law, Business School, etc.) and holder of a level 1 had-hoc diploma, you have significant experience in establishment management, preferably in the health sector.You have proven qualities as a manager, know how to carry out large-scale projects and federate your teams. A man/woman of challenge, you have carried out change management.

A confirmed manager, your coordination and leadership skills are essential assets for the success of your missions. The human issues at the heart of our action require analytical skills and hindsight in decision-making.

Your ability to manage human resources and social dialogue are essential assets.
