The Orabank Guinea subsidiary is currently looking for an Information Systems Director.

Under the supervision of the Managing Director and the Deputy Managing Director, the Director of Information Systems is responsible for coordinating IT projects as well as technical support for users in order to guarantee the security, proper functioning and improvement of systems. bank information and business continuity.

In this context, he has the following responsibilities:

1. Organize, execute, supervise and coordinate the control activities of the branch’s information systems;

2. Select all the necessary equipment, materials and other software in compliance with Group standards;

3. Oversee the deployment, improvement and operation of technical infrastructure and branch applications;

4. Plan and execute risk-based controls of the IT structure and various systems (including network and telecommunications, operating system, databases, applications deployed across the branch and its branches) ;

5. Ensure the monitoring and reporting of the main problems and risks related to information systems;

6. Perform specific and timely reviews of critical IT applications and processes;

7. Oversee the execution of branch application development and implementation projects (in coordination with the Group CIO);

8. Review and assess new technological products/services and associated risks;

9. Report the results of information system controls and recommendations for corrective measures to his hierarchy and to the operational units concerned;

10. Ensure proper monitoring of relationships and contracts with suppliers and service providers;

11. Implement the IT business continuity plan;

12. Ensure reliable reporting to General Management and the Group IT Department.

Profile

Qualifications – Knowledge – Know-how:

Level of studies: BAC + 5 in Computer Science – in Computer Engineering, Systems & Networks or equivalent

Strong technical skills (IT, networks, security)

Good general, economic and financial culture

Minimum knowledge of banking activities and operations

Significant experience (at least 7 years) in the various aspects of IT

Know-how :
