In order to meet its human resources needs, the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) is launching a call for external applications for the recruitment of eleven (11) agents for the post of “secretary” under the following conditions:

CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED
Be of Togolese nationality;
Be thirty-five (35) years old at most on December 31, 2019;
Have at least a BAC+2 level diploma in management secretarial or equivalent;
Justify relevant professional experience of at least two (02) years;
Perfectly master the operating principles of the secretariat and the techniques of electronic data management (archiving and filing);
Not be subject to any criminal proceedings or convictions;
To be of irreproachable morality and integrity.
The terms of reference of this notice of call for applications can be withdrawn from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. addresses mentioned below until the closing date for applications.

APPLICATION FILES
Persons interested in this call for applications must send in a sealed envelope to the attention of the General Commissioner of the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR):

A letter of expression of interest dated and signed;
A detailed and updated curriculum vitae specifying the number of years of experience;
A copy of the nationality certificate;
A copy of the required diploma and a copy of the certificate of qualifications and experience mentioned;
A receipt of two thousand five hundred (2500) FCFA payable to the central secretariat located at the headquarters of the OTR or preferably in the regional tax divisions.
The envelope bearing on the outside only the mention “Secretary and the chosen region of assignment” and containing the required documents, is deposited against receipt at the tax division of the chosen region of assignment at the following times: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., every working day, no later than August 9, 2019.

NB:

Each candidate must specify in his cover letter his chosen region of assignment (regions of assignment: Maritime, Plateaux-Est, Plateaux-Ouest, Centrale, Kara, Savanes).
