The Regional School of Magistracy is recruiting Consultant

The Regional Superior School of Magistracy is recruiting a Consultant in charge of the organization (FIPROD). The Regional Superior School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) has intention to recruit a consultant responsible for the organization of the First Edition of the International Forum of Legal Professionals (FIPROD), which will take place in Dakar (Senegal) on November 14 and 15, 2019.

Consultant’s assignments
promote FIPROD to the target audience;
organize, in collaboration with ERSUMA, sponsorship and fundraising around the activity;
ensure FIPROD events;
ensure communication and marketing around ERSUMA products and publications before and during the forum;
ensure media coverage of the event;
produce an audiovisual montage of the forum;
submit to ERSUMA a final report of the organization of FIPROD with recommendations.
ERSUMA invites candidates to express their interest in providing the services described above.

This Call for Expressions of Interest is addressed to consulting firms or communication agencies duly constituted in one of the OHADA Member States and in good standing with respect to the tax and social legislation of their country of origin. ‘facility.

Interested Candidates must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified and experienced to perform these services. As such, they will justify that they have
references of recent and similar services. The performance references to consider are those proven over the period from 2014 to date. The similar character of the references will be analyzed according to:

the size of the markets;
the nature of the communication services;
the geographical context, in this case “Dakar” or one of the 17 OHADA countries.
technical expertise in the organization of national or sub-regional events;
ERSUMA will also examine the relevance of the Expressions of Interest with regard to the following criteria:

understanding of the ToRs;
the quality of the observations/suggestions in relation to the ToRs.
The services are scheduled for the period from August 15, 2019 to November 29, 2019 and relate to:

Preparation of the forum;
Course of the forum;
Activities after launch week.

Applications
ERSUMA will establish a shortlist of six (06) candidates, pre-selected on the basis of the applications received, to whom it will send the Request for Proposals for the performance of the required services. The successful candidate will be selected using the Least Cost Selection method.
