The subsidiary of a banking group present in Africa wishes to strengthen its risk management by recruiting a Senior Analyst.

Job Description

As Head of the Credit Risk Department within the banking institution, you:

-Play a key role within the bank in terms of identifying, qualifying and assessing the bank’s risks;
– Identify the risks, measure them, evaluate them, mitigate them, control them and follow them up so as to allow the bank to avoid them
or reduce their impact and frequency should they occur;
-Measure the risks by setting up assessment tools, carrying out studies to determine the risk /
profitability;
-Analyze and make changes to existing procedures and/or propose new procedures in order to protect the
risk bank;
– Set up an alert system and an incident management procedure;
-Bring your expertise on complex files;
-Produce reports to ensure the monitoring of banking operations;
-determine and follow the action plans;
-Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers (repayment capacity), generally made up of natural and legal persons;
-Proceed with a complete analysis of the financing files, also called “credit files” (financial situation of the company,
situation of the economic situation of the sector to which the company belongs, subject of the request for financing, etc.).

Job Profile

Higher education BAC + 4/5 in business school or university with a strong interest in the professions of Financial Analyst,
accountant, auditor, controller or any other equivalent field. You have a successful professional experience of 5 years
and more in a similar position or as Credit Analyst or Business Manager, Credit Products.

You are rigorous, meticulous, persevering, endowed with very good analytical, synthesis and writing skills.

In addition, you are curious (se), reactive (Ve), autonomous, able to manage different projects and you show ease
relationship and communication.
