Under the authority of the Sales & Distribution Director, the Sales & Distribution Division Manager will be responsible for achieving the company’s objectives through effective management of the areas under his responsibility.
As such, he will be responsible for the performance, sustainable development of profitable activities and business opportunities in the areas under his responsibility. He will have to ensure permanent success in the conduct of business, activities and in the management of partners and customers in the areas under his responsibility.
Responsible for all sales and distribution activities in the areas under his responsibility, he must maximize all sales and acquisition opportunities, and build a solid relationship with partners and customers. He is responsible for achieving objectives relating to sales, distribution and the recruitment of new mobile and MFS customers in the dedicated areas.
He will also have the role of implementing distribution, acquisition and sales strategies and marketing action plans that can promote the development of activities, the growth of market shares and the company’s income in the areas under its control. charge.
In this role, the Sales and Distribution Division Manager will collaborate with all the other departments of the company to solve problems related to the operation of the areas under his responsibility and to also promote the product lines, services and offers intended for the walk.

Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation of business strategy in order to increase the company’s revenue
Define KPIs for all activities, i.e. customer acquisition and channel management
Develop and implement action plans and initiatives necessary to achieve the objectives according to a quarterly and half-yearly Roadmap
Define the Trade Marketing strategy to ensure brand visibility and develop relationships with partners
Be the interface between the Sales and Distribution, Commercial and Marketing Departments
Ensure and take ownership of all management projects
Ensure the acquisition and cost optimization strategy
Driving the penetration of products, offers, services, smartphones, etc.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and determine the means necessary to administer and enforce sales, acquisition and trade policy processes
Manage all procedures relating to stock management, distribution.
Reinforce safety rules in all activity-related operations
Manage the management strategy of partners and wholesalers from orders to the development of their market share in dedicated areas
Implement a competitive intelligence strategy and develop action plans accordingly
Make regular feedback on the activities of the competition (competitive intelligence)
Effectively and permanently resolve all problems that may contribute to the development of activities in the dedicated area
Profile of the Sales & Distribution Division Manager
Basic training
Bac + 4 / 5 in Marketing, Communication / Commerce and / or Sales Technique
Experience required
5 years of professional experience in the same or similar field
Skills and knowledge
Distribution/Marketing/Sales Skills
Good Knowledge in Finance
Good knowledge of sales and distribution procedures
